Join us for the first-ever Youth Futures Summit in the United States!
On Sunday, March 12, 2023, hundreds of young people, youth-driven organizations, and students will gather on the West Side Lawn of the State Capitol for a day of participatory action and youth-led visioning for the future of California.
The Youth Futures Summit will provide opportunities for young people — representing the geographical, cultural, political, and racial diversity of California — to come together in collective action, participate in civic and creative engagement, and build communities of belonging and connection with peers across the state.
Key things you need to know:
- The Youth Summit is FREE to attend. Youth from around the state are invited!
- Food and refreshments will be provided.
- If you require an accommodation for effective communication (ASL interpreting/CART captioning, alternative media formats, etc.) or information about mobility access features in order to fully participate in this event, please contact Tami Jo Benson at tamijo@california100.org with as much advance notice as possible and at least 7-10 days in advance of the event.
