While envisioning California’s future, we needed to meet people where they are—and work with organizations, institutions and intergenerational leaders to think critically and constructively about tomorrow. This meant including all Californians, and especially young leaders, in every aspect of our work, and changing hearts and mindsets to build a more vibrant future. Through strategic partnerships and engaging Californians statewide, our work incorporated diverse perspectives.
